Document Preparation

Day 14
Application Submission
We prepare and submit your complete application file to the Vanuatu Citizenship Commission via official channels. The government due diligence fee ($5,500) is paid at this stage.

Day 14–45
Due Diligence & Government Review
The Citizenship Commission conducts background verification. We monitor the status of your application and respond to any queries from the Commission on your behalf. This stage typically takes 4–6 weeks.

Day 45–60
Citizenship Certificate & Passport
You receive your Vanuatu citizenship certificate. An oath ceremony is arranged by our representatives — no travel to Vanuatu required. The government donation ($130,000) is paid upon approval. Your Vanuatu passport follows within 2–4 weeks and is valid for 10 years.

Process FAQ

No visit to Vanuatu is required at any stage. The application is completed fully remotely. An oath ceremony is required but is arranged by our representatives in your country of residence. There is no interview requirement and no residency requirement.
In some cases applications are approved in 45–50 days. However, we recommend clients plan for 2 months to account for document preparation and any Commission queries. We will advise your specific timeline during consultation.
The $5,500 government due diligence fee is non-refundable in the event of rejection. This is why thorough preparation by our legal team matters — we assess your eligibility honestly in the consultation before any fees are paid, and only proceed when we are confident in a successful outcome.
We specialise in complex applicant profiles — multi-jurisdictional assets, prior visa issues, high-risk business sectors. We assess your situation in the consultation and advise candidly. We do not accept applications we believe will be rejected.
The $130,000 government donation is paid only after your application has been approved by the Citizenship Commission — not before. The only upfront government fee is the $5,500 due diligence fee at submission.
